HOW TO PLAY:

1. Shop & Submit
   Spend AED 300+ at Abu Dhabi Mall and submit your receipt at the Customer Service Desk for your participation card.
2. Check In
   Head to the activation entrance to check in and start the challenge.
3. Pick a Case
   Choose your favourite from 25 briefcases — each case holds a prize waiting to be unlocked!
4.  Choose Your Keys
   AED 300 = 3 keys. AED 600+ = 6 keys. One of them could be the master key!
5. Try Your Luck
   Use your keys to unlock your case.
6. Win & Celebrate
   Right key, right case, the prize is yours!
7. Claim Your Prize
   Take your Gift Card Redemption Voucher to the Customer Service Desk to claim your gift card.

Terms & Conditions:

• The Shop, Unlock & Win promotion will run from 9 to 18 October across all participating outlets in Abu Dhabi Mall.
• Invoices totalling AED 300 can be exchanged for one (1) participation card (3 keys) at the Customer Service Desk during Abu Dhabi Mall operating hours; invoices totalling AED 600 or more receive one (1) participation card (6 keys).
• Invoices above AED 600 entitle their holder to (1) Participation card (6 Keys) only.
• Abu Dhabi Mall is not responsible for lost or stolen participation cards. An original physical card is mandatory to participate.
• Every briefcase contains a prize; only the master key unlocks it.
• Winners must present their Gift Card Redemption Voucher and a valid Emirates ID or passport to claim their prize at the Customer Service Desk, next to Marina Home.
• Prizes must be claimed by 31 October 2026.
• Gift Card prizes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
• Winners must be 18 years of age or above. A parent or guardian may accompany participants under 18 years of age and collect the prize on their behalf.
• The activation will be open daily within the campaign period from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• Invoices must be dated, from 5 to 18 October, to be eligible for entry.
• Invoices must be original printed receipts.
• Invoices can be cumulated but cannot be split.
• Invoices from Abu Dhabi Co-op are not accepted in this promotion.
• Mall vouchers, money exchanges, bank transactions, digital receipts, and utility bills are excluded from this promotion.
• No food or drinks are allowed inside the activity area.
• Employees and families of Abu Dhabi Mall Management, participating retailers and Buz Management & Marketing LLC are not eligible to enter this promotion.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-extendable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
• Abu Dhabi Mall reserves the right to verify transactions and disqualify any invalid entries.
• Participants are required to provide all necessary information requested by Mall Management to authenticate their identity and claim their prize.
• Winners may be required to participate in post-event publicity for advertising purposes.
