THE FESTIVE SEASON TAKES OVER AGAIN AT ABU DHABI MALL!

Starting 10 December, join us with your loved ones and let’s celebrate together with a host of activities for everyone to enjoy, from magical decorations and live entertainment to the traditional picture with Santa and creative workshops!
Here is what you can look forward to:

1. MAIN WINTER VILLAGE – 10 DECEMBER TO 4 JANUARY
   True to tradition, our main atrium will transform once again into an entire Winter Village where you can embrace the magic of the season and capture plenty of unforgettable moments. Our winter village will remain open until 4 January.
2. SANTA’S MEET AND GREET: 10 December – 25 December
   Santa and his Elves will be waiting in his Grotto to welcome families for the traditional picture with Santa and to hear all about the little ones’ wishes (and yours of course).
   To access Santa’s Meet & Greet and the Arts & Crafts workshop, please redeem receipts worth 50 AED + from any of our stores (excluding Coop and Festive Market) at the Customer Service Desk located near the Grotto and collect your Activity Passport *
   Daily: From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
3. ARTS & CRAFTS WORKSHOP IN COLLABORATION WITH STUDIYO LAB: 10 Decmber – 25 Decmber
   In addition, and under the guidance of the expert team at Studiyo lab, your little ones will get to design and craft their very own photo frame ornament in our festive Arts & Crafts workshop.To access Santa’s Meet & Greet and the Arts & Crafts workshop, please redeem receipts worth 50 AED + from any of our stores (excluding Coop and Festive Market) at the Customer Service Desk located near the Grotto and collect your Activity Passport *
   Daily: From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
4. FESTIVE MARKET: 10 DECEMBER TO 24 DECEMBER
   Our Festive Market is back again this year with its unique selection of festive decoration, handmade items, and creative crafts.
   Market opens from 11:00am to 10:00pm.
5. PARADES AND LIVE ENTERTAINMENT: 11, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20 & 21 DECEMBER:
   Starting 11 December, enjoy a line-up of magical and merry performances spreading cheer throughout the mall. Make sure to catch the festive flash-mob and enjoy the live shows in the Winter Village!

6. SCRATCH AND WIN PROMOTION: 5 DEC- 4 JAN 2025
   Moreover, and while shopping at Abu Dhabi Mall this season, don’t forget to redeem your invoices at our Customer Service Desk for Scratch and Win cards! For every 200 AED spent, you get to scratch 1 card for the chance to win INSTANT vouchers ranging from 100 to 5000 AED with more than 2000 vouchers up for grabs!

Terms & Condition:

• Santa’s Meet & Greet and Studiyo Lab Arts & Crafts workshop will run from 10 December to 25 December 2025 and will open daily from 11:00AM to 3:00PM and 4:00PM to 8:00PM.
• Santa’s Meet & Greet and Studiyo Lab Arts & Crafts workshop can only be accessed with an Activity Passport.
  Each activity can only be accessed once with the same passport.
• Activity Passports can be redeemed at the Customer Service Desk against shopping receipts from stores at Abu Dhabi Mall only (excluding Coop and Festive Market).
• Shopping receipts must be dated from 10 to 25 December 2025 and can be redeemed any day during the same period.
• Shopping Receipts worth AED 100 can be redeemed for 1 Activity Passport.
• Shopping receipts can be cumulated.
• Shopping receipts above AED 400 cannot be split (there is a maximum of 4 passports per 1 invoice).
• Each child needs 1 Activity Passport.
• Up to two accompanying adults may enter the Santa’s Meet & Greet area with the child/children without the need for Activity passports.
• Adults without children wishing to participate in the activities also need an activity passport.
• Mall vouchers; money exchanges; bank transactions; digital receipts and utility bills are excluded from this promotion.
• Activities might have a wait time. Thank you for understanding.
• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult to access the Meet & Greet with Santa.
• Children under 5 years old must be accompanied by an adult to access the Studiyo Lab Arts & Crafts workshop.
• No food and drinks are allowed inside the areas.
